i just purchased the xv-6700 2 days agobut then the q just came out. i called vzw and they told me that i can exchange within 15 days of the original purchase. I am attracted to the Q by its looks but some say that the features are short of other pda's.

PLEASE GIVE ME SOME KNOWLEDGEABLE INSIGHT INTO WHICH PHONE IS BETTER!!

I have no direct experience with the Q. Based upon raw specs the 6700 has double the memory (128 vs. 64) which is important for any number of functions to run smoothly, not the least of which is multiple programs and overall integration of the OS. If Wi-Fi is important, the 6700 wins hands down as the Q doesn't have it, although that may be ultimately be possible if a miniSD+Wi-Fi card is made available but at extra $$. In the XV-6700 I believe one has to do a minor registry hack to engage the built-in Wi-Fi.

This was written before the constant freezing problems. The Q really is a good phone.
