Umm.. I having the same problems. I formatted my card, made sure the title was less than 32 letters. The files read mp3 on my laptop and when the card is in my computer it shows up but then put in my phone and open audio program it says no audio found.

When I convert them to WAV files I can find them on the card and play but if I try to get the audio player to find them it comes up empty handed. Please help.

Did you buy these MP3s or make them? Could be you're trying to copy WDRM-protected media and it doesn't like it because it can't see the license file.

If you made it yourself, what codec did you use? Lame? Fraunhofer? You might be using a format that your pc understands but your phone doesn't. I'd say try dropping it to a lower bitrate and using another encoding algorithm.

(yes, I know this is an old thread, but just in case someone googles it and wants a response...)

I've read that the bitrate of an MP3 file must be 192 or less. Check that.....maybe that's your problem.
