Motorola i870 / i875

I have the i870 and a HS850 headset whenever I'm on the bluetooth and the person I'm talking to is in their car, they cannot hear me. They say I'm breaking up. As soon as they stop driving its fine. Its not the headset I use it with my Cingular 8125 and its fine. I have also used it with 10+ other bluetooth phones with no issues. ( I used to work for Cingular COR) I did experience a similiar issue though with the LG CG300 which is also a PTT phone. It too had the same issues as the i870, I just thought it was a shi**y phone cause it was an LG. Anyone else experience anything like this? Its driving me nuts.
