Does anyone know how to upload mpeg video to the Nextel i870? Thanks

I have a 1gb memory card for my Nextel i870 and know how to upload the mp3 files to the phone....however when i try to upload a mpeg video file on the phone it doent show up on the phone ;(........iF anyone can help me out with this problem i'd appreciate it....Thankz

Video files for the i870 need to be in 3GP format to play on the phone.

Thanks.....This does work and i can watch the videos on the phone but the videos dont have audio.........just a quiet fuzz.......CAN ANY1 HELP!!!!!!!
