I870 is on my hip...thanks to a good friend at Nextel in Columbus, Ga. Should be officially released mid-November. 😁 Has Bluetooth 😁 Doesn't run on Windows OS 😢 http://www.geocities.com/jslick561/I870.html

Actually the release date is going to be October 31, so that means that the i870 is released ahead of schedule. The phone will be on demo display November 10, but starting October 31, you can actually buy the i870 at your Nextel Retail Stores, though you have to wait if you want to purchase it at a Nextel Authorized Dealer.

Maybie I got lucky or maybie Nextel goofed up but according to Fed Ex mine is on the way. I am an existing customer and ordered it off the web site as an upgrade. I live in Northern Ca, I dunno if location makes a difference.
