Samsung SGH-D357

Hey,
I just purchased the Samsung SGH-D357 because my Motorola V180 9Hell bless it's soul) decided to flat out die.
I've got a few small questions that i hope possibly someone could to there best abilities attempt to answer. I've very, very limited sight (not enough to really do anything with) and I just want to know how you'd go about changing the ringtones? The manual is in PDF (which my screenreader hates to read) and I can't for the life of me figure out the which one of these buttons is 'select' and if these menus rap or not. If you could possibly just write out a simple walkthrough of how many times to hit each button etc etc to get to the 'incoming calls' ringtone thing, I'd be greatly in your debt.
One more thing and I swear i'm done. When receiving voicemail and/or if battery status reaches terrible levils are there alert tones already specified?
Customer service where I went only did/explained so much...
