HOW DO I TRANSFER MUSIC/DATA

Does anyone know how I can transfer music from my computer to the phone.....If so what type of files are supported and what additional accesories do I need(i.e. bluetooth dongle?)

mp3, but the storage limit is 18mb(?) which is pretty much only for ringers as full songs are usually 3-5mb each.
