How are you getting the Sync ML to work? I picked mine up yesterday and cannot find anything about Sync'ing at all. It does work with Bluetooth and I'm able to exchange cards, but no sync'ing...

I like it overall, but only got to play with it for a short time last night and this morning.

Any idea how to turn on the outside display's backlight with the phone closed?
