Very Happy Well we just got the phone, they said she was the first in san antonio!!! She is thrilled!!! It comes with 3 different colored wrist lanyards and 3 colored caribeners, a postcard to send to a friend and stickers. It also comes with a parents user guide and a childrens user guide which is VERY easy to understand...She is almost 13 but is cognatively about 7 and she feels awesome because she has it mastered.
A few things to note: you can only program 4 numbers, but if you want to change the emergency button to something other than 911 you can push it to 5 numbers(we are keeping the 911 function). You are not able to set up a ring back tone and there is no voicemail feature(it just rings until answered or caller gives up). It comes with an extra long life battery so that helps if the little buggers forget to plug it in. It does allow you to set up distinctive ring tones for the programed numbers.

We are really quite pleased and our child is "totally psyched"!!
