Hey eveyone!
I want to know if anyone has had success with pairing this phone with Motorola's HT820 Bluetooth headphones. I love the idea of being able to listen to music, and answering or making a call - all from the same headset....WIRELESSLY! I hope someone out there's got some good news for me on this one!
Thanx! 😎

The phone will sync with the headset, but only the phone part, music doesnt play through the headset. there is a stereo audio bluetooth adapter (Motorola dc800) and that is where the music comes from for the headset.

Phone does not have A2DP so it can't play music via BT.

I am very disappointed. I just ordered my new A920. I can't believe they would make a "music" phone with Bluetooth, then not support music via A2DP. Is this something that can be added later, like with an update?

The Bluetooth chipset(a Qualcomm one) in the Samsung A920 would have to have the A2DP profile flashed to it so the HT820 could receive MP3s. I have yet to hear of anyone being able to flash the chipset.

correct. this is a hardware thing. if i remember correctly, the chip has to be BT 2.0 anyway, and no sprint phones as of now have BT 2.0
