phone as a modem
What do i need to do for this to work? I have been told two differnt things.
I currently have the vison ulimate plan. I've been told as long as i have that vison plan they just have to enable something for it to work. I've also been told I need to add on a phone as modem plan which is $40 a month (not worth it if that the case)

P.s. I did try it and I was getting error when trying to connect thru the connection manager saying wrong name or passowrd, I think was what it said.

After doing some searching it seems the I do need to add a phone as modem plan for it too work...Seems stupid if Im buying the $25 vision plan that I cant use this feature without adding on another $15. Does that $40 plan also still include everything you get in the vision ultimate plan?

no. if you have phone as modem(PAM), you do not get any free sprintTV channels or picturemail. you must choose the vision plan or PAM, it is one or the other. heres why, from a sprint tech:
basically, when PAM is put on a cell phone, it changes its web provisioning to being a modem, not a cell phone. your voice features still work fine, but in some cases, PAM makes the regular browser on your phone (WAP) non-functional. i honestly dont think that this should be happening but it does.
