Sub LCD images

Does anyone know how to make custome Sub LCD images? If you go to menu->settings->display->screen saver->Sub LCD, you can see the different Sub LCD images available. Since there is a "my content" option, this leads me to believe that you can download / create your own.

Does anyone know how to do this?

I think you can only set it whatever is on your main LCD. If you download something to your my content folder, then you can set it to the outside LCD. If you want to have one of your pictures you will have to have it set to the Main LCD to have it on the Sub LCD.
