Sound quality becomes very choppy!!

Is anyone else experiencing a problem with their phone attempting to cut out background noises ( while on a voice call ), resulting in a choppy conversation? Is there any way to adjust this "feature" with the phone?

Any help would be appreciated.

i've had the phone for 1 month, have not noticed this happening...yet!! LOL
