Missed Call Alert Question

Hello All,

I was wondering how to turn the missed call alert light ( red ) ? Or anything that would tell me that I missed a call besides the missed call alert when I open the phone.

One of my friends as the same phone and when he misses a call, the red light on the phone stays on.

Any help is appreciated

its suppose to automatically do it when you miss the call or text. if it isnt working you need to take it in to a sprint store and have them look at it
