MDA VS. Sidekick 3

Does the MDA's internet browser work anywhere like the sidekick, or do you need to be at a T-Mobile hotspot or need a wireless router?

Mine works anywhere I am and I use it at work on our wi-fi network. I can go anywhere I refuse to pay an extra $30 bucks a month just to use T-mobile's Hot Spot. LoL. I live in the South and Hot Spots are hard to find around here.

It has Wifi and Edge. That means you can use any hot spot and you can use your wireless carriers data as well. Just not their Wifi hot spots. Unless you pay of course.
