Music to the phone

Can anyone please tell what is the easy way to add music to windows media? For some reason the software that came in the box will not install in my computer I think I have a Bogus copy of windows xp, I bought the computer from somebody. And when I hook it up to the usb it wont read the drivers it gives me a gerneric message. Somebody Help Me Please.

Assuming you've got a working version of XP, you have to install the ActiveSync software via the disk included with the MDA.

Then you can connect via the USB cable, and ActiveSync will automatically launch on your PC. You'll get a window that should say "Connected" in the main area. Click the Explore button, then you get a File Explorer view of all the files on your machine. Then copy your music files from your PC and paste them into whatever file you want in your MDA.

Bing bang. Sounds complicated but it's not at all. If that doesn't work, something's broken.
