Script errors with IE, and websites
Does anyone know the registry key, and value to turn off scripting in internet exploder for the MDA. I know this tweaks2k is supposed to do it, but I dont feel like paying 15.00 just to change a registry value when I can do it for free with a windows mobile registry editor.
Thanks

Download Opera Mini (or mobile) from www.opera.com. You will never see an error like that again. Consider it Firefox for you mobile 🙂.
Download and install might be an issue....
I havent got it to work from the IE browser. I had to visit Opera's site on my laptop and transfer the install file over to my 8125 via USB. After that it was cake. It's wayyyyy worth the trouble.

I can confirm that the Opera 8.5 beta for Windows Mobile 5.0 works quite well and solves several of the problems that IE Mobile has. Interestingly enough, IE for WM5 still cannot log into Yahoo! web email, but Opera CAN! Opera still cannot get into my banking web site (browser not supported), but in most cases when I have problems with IE, Opera does what I would expect it to do. I may actually pay for this one when it is finalized.
I didn't even think to try to install it from IE on my device. I downloaded it from my PC and copied it to my MiniSD card, then inserted that into my device and ran it and it installed flawlessly. Very pleased with it.
