Those idiots at T-Mobile sent me a SDA instead of a MDA. They said that they had 1000 that were shipped wrong... Gosh are they stupid or something? 👿

Same thing happened to me. I cannot emphasize enough the trouble I have had to go through with T-mobile to get my MDA. It has been a drawn out hassle and guess what? I still DONT have the phone. This is ridiculous. I have never had a problem with T-Mobile in the past, but this is way worse than I could have ever imagined. They are supposed to be calling us to tell us how to send the SDA's back for free. Wow, for free? The customer representative said that to me like it was a great deal for me that I didn't have to pay to have the SDA shipped back. Of course I don't have to pay! They are the ones that screwed up. I still haven't received a call on how to ship my SDA back, and therefore, I don't think they have sent my MDA out yet. H...

I have giving them some serious **** the past 2 days about this. I sent my SDA back already and mine should be here tomorrow (hopefully). Call and tell them you want to talk to the Advanced Care Support group. Dont let them tell you that you cant. Get rude as hell with them until they put you through. Hell even ask for a Supervisor then tell them to put you through to them.

I actually received a call today after talking to customer service twice today. My MDA should be sent out tomorrow. I will definitely call to make sure it is sent. I have heard so many different stories about what is going on from the different customer service people I've talked to it's ridiculous. I'm keeping, and using, the SDA until my MDA arrives. They better send the MDA tomorrow or I will rage. Let me know if you really get yours tomorrow. Have you been able to look up the shipping status on UPS for the MDA?

I just checked and found a tracking number at UPS.com for my MDA--they sent it yesterday by 3 day select and it's already arrived here in Portland today, but its not scheduled for delivery until the 21st.

To find yours, go to UPS.com and select "Track By Reference Number" and enter your phone number with area code separated by hyphens (###-###-####) and you should be able to find it if they've sent it.

Good luck. I'm really anxious to get mine and hoping they don't screw mine up like they did yours. In the meantime, how are you liking the SDA?

I was able to track the SDA (before it arrived and I thought it was the MDA) through UPS before it arrived. My question was whether or not I will be able to track my 2nd shipment (the MDA). It hasn't shown up yet, it will hopefully show up on UPS.com tomorrow. As for the SDA, I'm enjoying it. I figured out how to use it as a modem for my Apple Laptop from the SDA forum here on phonescoop. I had a Sidekick II, and I hate not having a full qwerty keyboard right now with the SDA. That's why I ordered the MDA. I haven't tried setting up my POP mail account yet. Also, windows has taken me some getting used to, but I can already tell that it is going to be awesome. I really like that I can send video messages to other compatible phones. ...
