Cingular material I've seen only lists 802.11b. But if ya ask me ANY flavor of WiFi is nice to have in your phone as long as it works with most access points.

Anything to keep from payin for EDGE/GPRS access. 😈

Unfortunately they are all 802.11b. At first I thought Cingular was scaling it back to 802.11b, however, after doing some research, mainly on howardforums. The HTC Wizard (aka QTEK 9100), and the K-JAM are both 802.11b. 802.11g is mentioned in the specs because both will connect to an 802.11g network.

It's kind of lame, but if nobody has an 802.11g PDA, then it's no worse.
