Need some help as keep showing...

Hey guys i follow exactly the same way to put in videos and mp3 files....not itunes i hav no problem with that...after i put in my videos and mp3, even the computer has done it...my phone keep showing do not disconnect the word...i waited quite a long time and still nothing has happen..

Eject the phone first...right click on your phone in i-tunes on the list on the left

Easy...

eject the phone for???now i cant even see the removeable drive in my computer...

On your phone, if the message 'do not disconnect' still appears after transferring your vids or pics, just click exit (on your phone). Navigate thru the phone to see if your pics or vids were transferred, if so, just disconnect.
