Need help with phonebook!

Ok, I've looked in this forum but haven't found a thing. Unless I missed something.

Right now all my contacts are stored on the phone memory. When I chose to copy all to sim, there is now an identical entry for each contact.

I've done the method to have multiple numbers/email per contact and to ONLY show primary contacts, allowing me to use the stick to move left or right, showing the additional numbers or email info. But now I have that info, plus the info on the sim (sim info shows a different icon).

How do I get it back to where it only shows the phone memory info and NOT the sim info, without having to delete all the sim info? If anyone knows, please help!

It really depends on if you are using a PC or Mac. I am a Mac user and all I do is make a copy of my Address book. Then I erase everything on my address book(computer0 and use isync. Then the computer erases all of my contacts on the phone. Finally I just revert to my back up of my address book and everything is back to normal. I remember that I had your same problem and I had to delete all of the sim contacts. That sucks! 😢

Hey, thanks for the help. Yeah, I had to delete each sim contact. Ugh! There's gotta be a way to save contacts on the sim, without showing it as an identical entry. I will try to find out a way, if one exists. Lol.

I have just bought one and I've got the same problem. I'm not happy about zapping the SIM contacts though.
