itunes will not recognize my ROKR
iTunes will not recognize my ROKR, ive done everything. Motorola tech support took me through a 2 hour good for nothing troubleshooting adventure, just to find that i had a DOA so I went and got a new phone, and the problem is still here!!!!!!! Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had this problem at first too I finally fixed this by taking out the trans flash card and reseatting it. In the manual it clearly states that you cannot downlod itunes to your ROKR if you do not have the memory card. Also it will not recognize the phone...well hope that helps or maybe the card itself is shot try putting it in the sd adapter and putting it in a card reader to see if it will recognize the card itself
