Question on GSM signal in US....

I was looking in to buying the cheaper Moto E398 but can't seem to find a US version of the phone with GSM 850 instead of 900. Can anyone tell me how good the coverage is on the Cingular network, or GSM at all for that matter without the 850 frequency??? Is it work buying a phone without the 850??? Thanks!

It depends on where you live, and who your wireless provider is, In my area 850 is required, I'm on cingular. Call your wireless provider and ask them what they use 850 or 1900mhz.
