HP iPaq hw 6515 or HTC Wizard (8125)

they seem similar in may ways... anyone have a chance to try both? would love to hear pros and cons comparison of the 2 if you have tried both... thanx in advance.

gee, thats tough, it depends on what you need. Both phones are GREAT the 8125 has wi-fi built in and WM5 on a non-volatile system so there is less danger of losing data although i have had no problem with the 6515. the 6515 (my personal pick) has GPS and most important for me, 2 expansion slots. 1 SD, 1 MiniSD. I have a 4GB transcend SD card and a 2GB Tecic MiniSD card. I have 1,000 or so music files and several episodes of my favorite tv shows and a few feature length movies on my cards, in addition i can pop in my spectec miniSD wi-fi card and connect to any open LAN. (Yes, BOTH slots are SDIO) the GPS on the 6515 isnt perfect but it is mighty close, it is of more benefit on long trips that in very crowded city situations. I use delor...

No matter which phone you buy, immediately buy Microsoft Voice Command. It's 39 bucks that will transform any PPC into a totally new animal! 😁

i heard that from a friend of mine about the voice command (he's using it on an iPaq with TMo)... but i also read a few post that the 8125 has or should have it, or something very similar on it. That being one of the biggest differences between the '03SE and WM5.0 that many things in 5.0 are now native rather than adding third party apps. still haven't bought one, but may be leaning towards the 8125 since it has the newer WM OS... the thought of the NES emulator sounds cool... i actually heard that it masn't been able to run well on the 8125 (possibly because of too many apps running when trying to use it, don't know for sure)possibly because of the "slow" processor

voice command is not standard on any device... and i am told that the windows explorer is not native on WM5 but it is on PPC2003SE
