HP iPAQ - Problem Phone with Software Issues

I had the HP iPAQ Hwy 6510 for 30 days. It was absolutely the worse one I've ever experienced to date. Battery life with talk time is horrible. Phone has software conflicting issues. Cingular is the only one selling the phone at this time. T-Mobile took it off their shelves permanently due to HP's lack of consumer assistance and because the phone became a nightmare for T-Mobile. Cingular should remove HP from their inventory as well, for until HP remedies their overwhelming problems no one should buy this phone.

i have had no problems with my 6515 other than minor adjustments coming from a smartphone 2003 powered phone. I usually get 2 full days use from my battery unless i am using my wi-fi MiniSD card a LOT or using the GPS extensively. I thought TMo was using the 6315 which is a horrible phone! This phone is made by HTC and is NOTHING like the 6315 that TMo sells.

Have you tried the 6510/6515 extended battery?

I am not trying to flame ya... sorry you have had this problem but if the phone is acting up that badly you may want to try Cingulars warranty exchange, they will ship you a phone and when you receive the new phone you send your old one back in the same box. Ususally 2 or 3 days tops, 2 times i received new phones the next day... t...
