I'm holding one of the packages in my hands. It was shipped two days before the recall. A label that says "TXT MESSAGING COLOR PHONE" was placed over the box's printing that says "GET IT NOW COLOR PHONE".
So, this packages was effectively fixed with a simple label. Seems strange that the phones would have to be recalled, but I guess Verizon wants to make sure the label really gets put on the box.
