Bluetooth ObEx???

I know this phone does not support ObEX towards other phones, like most modern Samsung Bluetooth enabled phones, but i was wondering, if i could possibly download a file/application that can give me access to other people's phones [ with permission from them ofcourse!] so i can get files from them.
Please Help me Out.
