miniSD memorycard question?

hi. i loaded my memory card with music and i dont know how to move them to the music gallery to play on the mp3 player...

the manual only says i have to defined into a track list, nd doesnt say how to.. i need help please.

Menu> media> music player> options> play options> music source> select folder> (choose memory card)
