Or go to Nokia's USA site, find the information on your phone, they will message the phone with all web, gprs stuff, worked in seconds.

Then called Cingular support from my home phone and they walked me through voicemail settings and the access numer, outside of having to wait 7 mins or so for a customer service rep. who was excellent. (maybe cingular is hearing and responding to complaints.)
