Can I assign my own MP3 songs as Ringers?

Hey All,

Can I assign my MP3 songs to the caller ring-tones , instead of the default ones?

The other question that I have is that assuming I could assign MP3 files, wouldn't I be able to find them in "My Contents" folder, either ins "Ringers" or "Call Tones"?)
