Motorola RAZR V3c

im finally starting to see why everyone hates this phone. ive had the phone since may, and its never done this before. BOTH of the screens are completely blank. ive tried shutting off then on the phone, and still, the same thing. i even took out the battery and put it back in...still completely white. the phone can still place calls, but you just cant see a thing on the screen. the only screen that MAY work sometimes is the outer lcd, but the pic will be upside down, or just with all the phone information( battery, signal, etc.) at the bottom.


my question is, will verizon let me have a new phone, although i dont have insurance, or am i scrwed for the next year and a half?
