I had T-mobile and in my phone there was a sim card, now i hear that my new razr has the same thing, i want to put my t-mobile sim card in and not have to copy all the numbers over... but i hear it can only happen if the phone is unlocked gsm, does anyone know if what i want will work, or even how to find this locked or unlocked gsm business? i hear there are codes online if the phone is locked... if anyone knows the info would be appreciated! thanks...

i agree with sigmamason. you may be a little confused. the v3c is a CDMA phone. you need to get an unlocked GSM v3. to make it really short, they ware two totally different types of tech. a cdma phone will never have a Sim card in it. ITS ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSABLE!!! now, t-mobile is a gsm service, along with cingular. your cdma carriers would have to be alltel, suncom, verizon, and sprint. you really can never carry phones over in this manor. go find your self an UNLOCKED V3 GSM. all will be fine then, just pop your Sim in.
