Motorola RAZR V3c

Hey, so i've had my razr for acouple months now and from the beginning the i didn't like it so much. Basically there were 2 things the battery life was bad (which may or may not have been my fault) but i was able to live with that what i am alittle curious about though is the slow software, i was wondering if any other razr users have a solution or tip to help my phone run faster.
