Motorola RAZR V3c

Please help me with my SIM Card

I just received a Motorola Razr V3c and I was gonna take my Samsungs SIM card and transfer it to my RAZR. I found the SIM card on the Samsung but not the RAZR. I see a SIM card on the RAZR but it's covered with black plastic. Gah, please help.
