My razr v3c on metro pcs keeps freezing up when i save text to draft. When i go back to send out messages from draft it freezes up on me and i cant operate my text messages at all now. I tried powering the phone off & on and then tried erasing all text messages to see if that would clear it up but no luck. I called metro and they said to power off the phone for up to 10 minutes and then power it on and it should be back to normal but it isn't? Is it just me or is metro customer service a little lost most of the time? Does anybody know a reset code or a re format code or something?

I can help you with that.
You will need to do a master clear.
Settings >> Initial Setup >> Master Clear
The code is 000000 if I'm correct.
Warning: After you do this your phone will be restored to it's factory settings.
I personally didn't mind because now all the features work great 😁
