advice anyone?

would anyone buy a gently used v3c, verizon UI OBEX enabled with a BT jabra 350 headset for $300 on ebay?

Not when Verizon will sell ya 2 for $99.00 if you sign a new 2 year contract. I have new every two so I reupped my contract and got my Razr free!

Yeah but they're selling it for 99 bucks with a 2-year agreement for non-OBEX UI razrs, which basically means, you can't use Mobile Phone Tools or transfer pics/movies, etc with a USB cable or bluetooth.

The ones that verizon are selling all have the .03 firmware with disables the transferring capability thru motorola's MPT software.

300 bucks still sounds a little steep for a slightly-used v3c. I would start it off at $250 and have a 3-day auction to see what happens.
