Deleting Pre Installed & Sound question
How do you delete the pre installed pics and when I send a sound to my phone it plays loud and clear when the message is opened and once its saved and used as a ringtone or other sound function its hard to hear. Anyone got any ideas?? Thanks :-)

I send them to vzwpix.com and my phone downloads them, plays them and they are fine, until I try to use them as a ringtone, then you can barely hear them, Ive been looking around for some kind of system sound control but havent found it. I have only had this phone about a week its the V3c model. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
