Bluetooth Headset Connect/Disconnect Issue

Hello, I'm using a Moto HS810 Headset with my V3c. I have noticed that at times the phone will just drop the headset and I won't be able to use it unless I power down the phone and power it up. More recently I have had to re-pair the headset with the phone several times a week.

Has anyone else was had this problem and know if there was a fix? I'm wondering if this is a firmware issue with the V3c itself as my headset worked perfectly with my v710 for more than a year. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks...

I started out with a .02 version software RAZR which was paired with a HS500 Bluetooth. The BT would unpair itself and eventually didn't work. The Verizon helpline said to return the BT.

I ended up exchanging the BT for an HS 850 and then the RAZR to a newer one with .03 software.

No issues whatsoever. I think the .03 upgrade opens the door to more Bluetooth features.

Everything still working fine with .03? I had the same problem with my first RAZR and took back b/c of that issue. Would love to have the phone back however.

I guess different users are getting different results for this issue. I bought/tried the HS850 & H700 for a couple of weeks and got the same result...random connect/disconnect.

As of now, I'm on the Moto RAZR H3 headset and have not had any problems in the week I have had it. My local Verizon tech here in Dallas said that he was not aware if the 01.0F.03P software upgrade solved the Bluetooth problem or not.
