Motorola RAZR V3c
Razor & PC Question?
Do you need some type of software to get it to work with windows XP? When I use a USB cable, Windows says Razor V3c. That's as far as I get.

Astonishingly Verison did not include the USB sriver with the phone. The one I've come accress did not work ither 😢

what do you mean by "mobile phone tools" - is there a program or something somewhere that makes the computer recognize the phone and be compatible? i can use the cable from my camera too, but i only get to v3c wording and nothing further.

yeah, it's motola phone tools, i found the link on this board.
just type MPT into the search bar and you can sift through all the threads until you find t link.
there's also a link for the drivers that go along with it.
