Will the phone work with Mobile Phone Tools and a USB cable?
and If so, will Mobile Phone Tools let you transfer files such as ring tones and images to the phone. This is my primary concern because this would easily take the place of OBEX.

So you are speculating or have you used this on this phone already somehow?? I really want to know that it will work before I go get this and not an alltel to mod.
