V3c IU

Just my thought on the V3c. I'm sure about this but base on the two company differences and directions Verizon and Motorola the IU may not be the same for the V3c. There may be two IU. I have seen many sites that show the Verizon IU on the V3c but you have to keep in mind that this IU is controlled and produced for Verizon. If you look at Verizon's line up of new phones from LG and Samsung they all have this IU. This is the trend for Vzw for their entire future phone. If Alltel and U.S.Cellular are to pick up this phone like as stated in Phonescoope they would more likely to have the Motorola IU. This makes sense to me because it would require these carriers to pay Verizon if the Verizon version IU is used. An additional cost for the other ...

IU = Interface User? Wouldn't that be a person? I'm an IU! I use interfaces! 😛

...it's UI, not IU... 😉

The VZW UI should have no impact on iTap vs T9, voice dialing or speakerphone. These features should be part of the base OS of the phone, and are not affected by the interface. The VZW UI is basically an app running off the phones BREW engine. The analogy would be DOS vs Windows; Windows is just a colorful clown suit for DOS (at least originally...)

This is my basic understanding anyway... anyone with a deeper technical understanding feel free to chime in.
