I have had this phone for abour 3 weeks. I am with Cingular. A few days after I got the phone I woke up in the morning and opened the phone and the screen was blank. I thought maybe it had some stupid power saver feature where if the phone is inactive for a few hours it automatically turns off. So I held the power button and nothing happened. I was terrified and I took out the battery, put it back in, and turned on the phone. It worked.
Several days later, it happened again. So far it has happened 5 times and I am scared. What is wrong with it? The battery seems fine. It lasts forever. What should I do? I don't want to have to contact Sony about this.

i don't know what is wrong with this phone, but for some reason it just locks itself up sometimes. especially if you decide to turn it off, at least that's the way mine behaves. sometimes it refuses to turn on, really scared me once when i took out the battery and it refused to turn back on. eventually i got it to work, but man is that annoying and crappy.
