phone keeps shutting off

anyone have any problems with their phone shutting off randonmly? I have to turn my phone back on about 15 times a day. It doesn't matter if it's fully charged or low battery. It will shut off when it's idle, or in the middle of a conversation. This is my second Z520a and I'm about ready to switch.
