Hopfully, you guys have INSURANCE on your phones. If not, then depending on the time since the phone was purchased, you may be able to get a replacement. Usually, the manufacturers warr. last for a year, which starts as soon as you purchase the phone. This would cover these phones unless there is severe damage or even a tiny bit of water damage. Oh yeh, just so you know... they do test and evaluate the phones for such damages.

If that is not an option for you (over the time-frame/you broke the phone/dropped in toilet) then you'll need to either pursue insurance (if you have it) or just buy one at full price.
