Just received official word from Korea:

One version, (the official phone of this winter's Torino Oylmpics,) will be tri-band with EDGE.

The other version will be quad-band without EDGE.

well if thats case, then the triband with edge will most likely go to cingular, and the quad without edge will go to tmobile because tmobile doesn't offer edge.

I hate to inform you, but if Cingular *were* to pick up this phone (and who knows if they will), they'd probably go for the quad-band one instead of the EDGE. Why? Because Cingular in the majority of their markets uses the 850MHz frequency. T-Mobile uses 1900Mhz. The 900 and 1800MHz frequencies are international frequencies. I don't think in this case EDGE is a factor with Cingular because without the 850, the phone will not work on their network.

The Phoneking has spoken.
