Ahh....the dreaded white screen. I had the same problem with mine and Cingular had me ship it back and replaced it with a Samsung D807. I think this phone has had a lot of problems, since it didn't seem to last too long and is no longer on Cingular's website. It's a shame, because it's a nice phone.
