Sony Ericsson W600i / W550i

I just purchased this same model phone. I am having no problem with the music player. I DO get a delay in answering calls and I AM having the same problem with the audio during a call. After contacting SonyE and trying everything suggested-I sent the phone back to the seller for replacement. I finally received a replacement phone yesterday-I am having the same problem with it. I am wondering if we purchased the phones from the same place? I purchased mine on July 17th.

Although I'm don't normally have problems with the music player-I have gotten that same message when I have tried to play the MP to check the speaker after getting no audio during a call. Usually restarting the phone would correct this--but who wants to do that all the time??
