are the mp3 ringtones loud as razor?

Hi, i am very interestted in buying this phone. i am a big ringtone guy, i constantly have new ringtones. Are the mp3 ring tones loud as the razor? or even close?

This phone plays ringtones as loud as it does the mp3's, which is loud for a phone. I think it sounds better than any other phone I've heard, especially compared to a few of my buddies razrs (not that they sounded bad either though).
