Had to give it up...

Yea, ended up returning my A850. Reason being really only call reception and quality. I figured out that this was only dual band digital (didn't know much about phones before) and what I had before (a Samsung SCH-411) had both analog and digital.
I've decided to actually switch to Motorola just for the sake of having analog since it appears I need it for where I'm at. Too bad Samsung doesn't offer a tri-mode phone (A650 at RadioShack but I decided that I need an outside display like my old phone).
Guess I'll see how one of these "Motos" work out.

I made this post just to update on my review because I guess you can't edit old reviews? Has anybody else decided to give up this phone or did you keep it?

Yeah, I sent mine back after about 24 hrs, I just went back to my old Audiovox 8600 for now. I want to get the Samsung 950 but I think I'm gonna wait for the price to fall or to see what else comes out in the next few months. I really don't like any of Verizons phones right now (the 950 is just ok) but my phone is starting to die, the reception is getting worse by the day, I have to go out on my balcony to make a call at home anymore. What happened to the days of smaller is better when it came to cell phone design?

I don't know. I sort of like a bigger cell phone. My hands are a bit bigger than most so with those small ones, it's hard to get my hands on them and not drop them all the time.

Really, I just found out about the V323/325 coming out from Moto. I've already decided I'm going with Moto for my next one, but I'm waiting to see which I should go with (V710, V276, or V323/325).
