trying to move default tones to new phone

So my mom really likes her "Melody 5" ringtone, but as the phone stopped holding a charge after 2 years, we got her a new phone. Is there any way I can send that ringtone to her new phone or are the ringtones available online somewhere? any help is appreciated! Thanks!
